Question: What are the system requirements for World of Heroes?

System: 64 bit Windows 7, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10

Question: Can I install the game within 32 bit operating system?

Answer: At the moment, the World of Heroes works only in Windows 64 bit. We plan to enable it on other platforms, but the time is unknown.

Question: Antivirus has blocked download installation file, what do I do?

Answer: Until open beta Setup will not be signed and certified and because of that You can receive warning from the antivirus program. The game is checked using currently available antivirus engines and it’s free from viruses, Trojan horses or other malicious software. We recommend adding the installation file to the trusted, in Your antivirus configuration in order to enable download and install the game.

Question: Can I have multiple accounts?

Answer: Yes – EULA don’t have restricting one account/user.

Question: How many characters  can I create on one account?

Answer: Each player in a single account can have up to 5 characters.

Question: Can I transfer my account between servers?

Answer: At this moment it is not possible to transfer accounts between servers.

Question: Is it possible to refund purchase by mistake items?

Answer: No purchase is final and it is not possible to return the purchased goods or receipt refund.

Question: Is it possible to make purchases using prepaid cards?

Answer: At the moment there is no possibility of shopping in our store using such cards, but we planning to implement this in future.

Question: What is needed to start the game?

Answer: The game is available in the B2P (Buy to Play) model, so one-time purchase is necessary. You can choose one of several available versions of packages in which you will receive a perpetual license of the World of Heroes and, depending on the selected package additional items such as Rubies (premium currency in the game) and unique items.
